This new construction house, built over the footprint of a previous structure lost to Storm Sandy, was for owners with a collection of mid-century modern furniture who wanted a dramatic space for their expanding collection
The double height glass faces east towards the mouth of the Saugatuck River. Latticed balcony railings—inspired by plantation shutters—sweep from exterior balconies to interior mezzanine.
